Our guarantee to you… If for ANY reason you are unhappy with your tea product, please send it back to us within 60 days of
the invoice date for a full product refund, with NO questions asked! It is our way of assuring you that we guarantee you’ll enjoy our product, and if you do not, then we will do everything to make your business experience with Crazy BItch Tea, LLC the most enjoyable and serene as possible.
When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation via email or phone call for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers needs and assists us in developing better products. WE are happy if YOU Are happy!

Refunds and credits on returned product will be issued only for the amount of product returned. All shipping charges become
the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Crazy Bitch Tea, LLC. All returns must be postmarked within
